John, Julie Marker and David Schwartz principals of Anchorage Stable, we are  located in Louisville, KY home of the Kentucky Derby. The Marker's have been racing thoroughbreds since 1990. We have had some wonderful experiences and would love to share these magical moments with other partners. We have owned several  stakes horses over the years and have also been involved with thoroughbred breeding. Our philosophy in selecting a racehorse is very simple..... We buy young proven racehorses at the track after a several promising races. We have a sophistcated system to evaluate these races. This eliminates many uncertainties and risk.  This is a model we feel is the most successful for our partners.  This model offers a fast return on our investment and hopefully a quick trip to celebrate in the winners circle.  It is a smarter way of racing and a smart way of owning. If you had experience with the other partnerships, I think you understand what we are trying to say. The investments are $500 to $50,000 depending on your comfort level.

We have won races at Churchill Downs, Keeneland, Saratoga, Belmont, Aqueduct,  GulfStream, Oaklawn, Calder, Ellis Park, Turfway, Woodbine and Remington Park and enjoyed and celebrated each winnings.  We race mostly in Kentucky, but will move our horses to the East or West coast if it makes good business sense. We are open to all ideas and like to have our partners input. It's fun and exciting to be part of a thoroughbred syndicate where your voice is appreciated.
